Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Beta Peter Bajnoci s.p., Vrhpolje 75a, SI-5271 Vipava, Slovenia (VAT no. 12692301) — voice-over recording, translation & localization, e-learning & corporate content, and AI language & voice evaluation. Thank you for considering my services. To keep things clear and simple for both of us, here's how I work.
1. Getting started
You can send me your project details directly through the relevant contact form, or reach out first to discuss what you need. Once I have the details I need, I'll reply within 24 hours with a fixed quote based on the service and package you choose.
2. Payment
Accepted methods: Bank transfer (IBAN), PayPal, a secure card payment link (via Stripe), or a traditional invoice sent by email.
When payment is due: Full payment is required before work begins, once you've confirmed the quote.
Invoicing: Every order is invoiced through my registered business, Beta Peter Bajnoci s.p. (VAT no. 12692301), with business details included — no informal transactions.
New client discount: First-time clients receive 15% off their first order, on any pricing tier. Just mention that you're a new client when you get in touch, and the discount will be applied to your quote.
VAT: VAT is not charged.
- Slovenia, individuals and businesses: no VAT (Article 94(1) ZDDV-1).
- EU, individuals: no VAT (Article 94(1) ZDDV-1).
- EU, businesses: no VAT (reverse charge). The invoice shows both parties' VAT numbers.
- Outside the EU, individuals and businesses: no VAT (Article 94(1) ZDDV-1).
3. Delivery & revisions
Turnaround time, and the number of included revision rounds, depend on the service and package you choose — see the relevant service page (Voice Only, Translate & Localize, E-learning, or AI Evaluation) for exact details. Revisions beyond what's included, or changes to the original brief, are quoted separately.
4. Usage rights & licensing
Usage rights and licensing terms are included with your order and vary by service and package — see the relevant service page for exactly what's included. Usage beyond what's included in your package may require an additional licensing fee. Happy to quote this separately if needed.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel before work has started, you'll receive a full refund. If work has already begun or been completed, the work delivered up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
6. Confidentiality
Your materials and project details are kept confidential and are not shared, reused, or redistributed without your permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
